Fiesta Americana Monterrey Pabellon M. Hotel, Monterrey

The hotel is located in a great area in downtown Monterrey, perfect for exploring the city. The rooms were a good size and clean, but being next to a busy main road brought some traffic noise. The service on the whole upper floor was super helpful and professional. Dining in the hotel was not special for the price. The facilities were adequate, although the AC control was an issue in the rooms.

During my stay at this lovely hotel on February 7th and 8th, I found the rooms to be spacious and functional, but unfortunately, there was a horrible odor that wouldn't go away. It was disappointing that there was no bathtub despite the information on the booking and official hotel website, which made me consider leaving.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to a busy main road, which can be a downside due to noise and traffic. The rooms, while acceptable, suffer from poor AC control leading to overheating and some poorly designed showers. The service is professional and helpful, but lacks a welcoming touch. The dining experience is underwhelming for the price, and management does not address reported issues efficiently. The hotel's downtown location provides easy access to Monterrey's attractions, making it ideal for business trips but may not suit those seeking tranquility.
